  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment at Sika and customer sites according to established standards and timeframes.
  • Perform equipment calibration in compliance with Sika and Australian Standards.
  • Liaise with Technical Sales Representatives regarding equipment and product requirements for customer sites.
  • Conduct audits of Sika installations as required and maintain the Asset Register of all capital equipment.
  • Adhere to Work Health & Safety procedures when scheduling or undertaking works.
  • Update CRM upon job completion and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Carry out other projects or assignments related to equipment and customer service as needed.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • 3+ years' technical service experience in concrete or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
