Overview

The procurement officer / executive will support procurement managers in areas of –

• Identification of potential sources
• Maintaining procurement tools & processes
• Support / preparing monthly reports
• Documentation support
• Data Analysis

Duties and Responsibilities:

The procurement executive will report to Procurement Manager & will have following KRAs –

• Support in procurement activities for
  • Direct
  • Indirect
• Master data maintenance including
  • Vendor & item introduction in ERP
• Other documentation & audit support
• Support procurement team in monthly MIS reports
• Specification agreements with vendors
  • involves working with R&D team and vendors
  • update specification agreements into supply risk management database
• Risk rating & Risk mitigation plan
  • Upload/maintain in SIKA Business Intelligence platform

• Maintain relevant data in Sika procurement platform

Qualifications/Experience:

• B.E. (chemical, material science etc.)  / MSc Chemistry / Candidates with post graduate diploma in business management/ Material management will be preferred
• 2- 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain function in reputed multinational or local corporate organizations

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written, English/National Language – to enable good quality vendor interactions)
• Desirable - broad understanding of supply chain / procurement
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Drive for results , good attitude & quality oriented
• Strong team player
• Good in Microsoft office tools (Excel & PowerPoint) and reporting
• Passion: Good with numbers and enjoys working with data & analysis
