  • Support in researching, analyzing and planning the sales & marketing strategies for the Center Sales GC/SA (General Contractors/Special Applicators) and co-ordinate with other areas for other market fields.
  • Prepare sales plan to meet the sales target.
  • Monitor discount scheme offered to customers.
  • Overall control all customer accounts, personally follow up important / major accounts/ projects.
  • Build and improve customer relationships. Entertain and visit customers regularly.
  • Maintain update competitor status/ activities to develop adequate strategies.
  • Provide monthly report and sales forecast to the Manager.
  • Update list of customers: consultants, designers, construction companies, contractors/projects and follow up.
  • Supervise and motivate staff activities with new ideas and solutions and working towards a dynamic team.
  • Maintain a professional business appearance and approach with customers.
  • Keep confidential all the company’s business information and documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field of studies, candidates with Construction background is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in building materials/construction chemicals with experience in working with general contractors and special applicators.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  •  Able to travel when required.
  • Skillful Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good English skills
  • Vietnamese speaking

Sika Vietnam is seeking a Sales Engineer/Supervisor - Building Systems - North to ensure Sika Vietnam's products exceed customer expectations. Collaborate with the North Area Manager/Sales Manager to devise impactful sales and marketing strategies for the General Contractors/Special Applicators segment. Coordinate with other areas for broader market impact.
