POSITION  SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall safety and environment activities to let the company achieve the safety objectives and to comply with local and international laws and standards.

PRINCIPAL  ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Conduct ocular check and inspection on the manufacturing operations on daily basis to ensure that the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are minimized.
  2. Report to EHS Manager on the unsafe activities and conditions in the company and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  3. In consultation with EHS Manager and/or other Management, develop Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures; enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with established procedures and standards.
  4. In coordination with HR & Admin Department, implement training programs to employees as stipulated in Quality, Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Management Systems such as Fire Fighting and Fire Drill, Accident Prevention, First Aid, and other trainings concerning to safety and environment.
  5. Prepare monthly report concerning to the Occupational Health and Safety matters in his/her area of responsibility.
  6. Gives recommend on how to improve safety in any processes of the company.
  7. Liase with other external parties, e.g. Labour & Social Welfare Dept., Pollution Control Dept., IEAT concerning Occupational Health and Safety
  8. Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the        rules of company.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a Certified Safety Professional certification. 

Experience and Background

Minimum 5 years up  experience in related fields.
Good knowledge of Local environmental, health & safety laws, regulations and standards
Understanding and knowledge about working environment in the factory and manufacturing process.
