We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team in Badr City, Egypt. As a key member of our manufacturing leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

  • Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Optimize inventory management and maintain equipment through preventative maintenance programs
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards
  • Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and cost-reduction projects
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including supervisory roles
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with inventory management and preventative maintenance programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with manufacturing automation (preferred)
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to safety regulations
