  1. Identifies and establishes good relationship with Top Architects/ Designers/ Consultants, Owners/ Property developers that have influences on projects for the Residential/Commercial – Housing, Hotels, Institutional (church, hospitals, museums, schools, govt buildings), Data Center, Warehouses, Office/Retail Buildings.
  2. Creates, Organizes, Develops Technical Presentations and Specifications writing and Authorship to key stakeholders & influencers. Provides Architects comprehensive support including detailed specification documents for their design works.
  3. Sources out new and upcoming projects through the different platforms, in-house consultants and architects.
  4. Works hand in hand with the Sales, TM departments and relevant BU (as necessary) for coordination of product specification/ product approval related activities.
  5. Support KPM department to ensure enough projects are added to the pipeline to support growth strategies.
  6. Adheres to Sika Phils. Inc.’s (SPI) established Quality and Environmental Management Systems Policy.
  7. Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
  8. Ensures that all operating standards are adhered at all times.
  9. Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
  10. Attends to various activities of related Trade Associations - UAP, Green Building Councils, Cold Chain, Construction exhibitions, etc. to promote Sika brand.
  11. Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior

Your expertise - Our strength

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture - licensed preferred.

Work Experience:

minimum 3-4 years work experience in Technical Specifications/related field.

Skills:

Presentation skills, Computer literate, Detailing/drawing of products, Product technical competency,
