About the Role

The Cutting Line Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring cutting equipment used for processing EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) blocks into panels or customized dimensions according to production specifications. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, production targets, and Romanian safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate EPS cutting line equipment (hot wire cutting machines, automatic or semi-automatic systems)

  • Set and adjust machine parameters according to technical specifications and work orders

  • Cut EPS blocks into panels or customized dimensions based on production requirements

  • Check product dimensions, density, and surface quality

  • Monitor production flow and identify deviations or defects

Your Skills and Experience

  • Vocational or technical education (industrial/mechanical field preferred)

  • Experience in industrial production (EPS or construction materials is an advantage)

  • Ability to read technical drawings and production orders

  • Basic mechanical knowledge
