This role is an integral part of our HR EMEA Team, serving as a key partner for regional function support organization across the region. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams, with a unique mix of operational HR support and opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR projects, ensuring that your work makes a tangible impact on the organization and its people. Here’s what you’ll own: 

  • Employee Lifecycle Management. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless processes at every stage in your area of responsibility. This includes recruiting & talent attraction, managing onboarding to set employees up for success, driving employee development programs, and facilitating smooth offboarding processes while gathering valuable feedback through exit interviews… You will also manage the operational aspects of international assignments, local transfers, and short-term development assignments in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
  • Performance & Employee Relations. You will oversee the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and coaching managers to improve performance strategies. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, helping resolve conflicts with professionalism and care.
  • Change Management. Leading change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and other significant business changes 
  • Driving HR Initiatives. You will work closely with line managers to ensure that the organizational structure meets business needs.  You will implement and manage global HR programs across the entire employee lifecycle to enhance engagement and create a sense of belonging. This includes initiatives like leadership training, developing action plans after employee surveys...
  • HR Analytics, Reporting & Compliance. Utilizing HR data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and developing strategies to address them. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and implementing best practices to mitigate legal risks, collaborating with global and local HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR programs. 

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources and/or Economic with 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on operational tasks and employee engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
