We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Major Projects team.

Location – Field Base but with much time spent in South West and South East England


About Major Projects

The Sika major projects team target the largest and most exciting projects in the UK across five market sectors which are Power, Infrastructure, Water, Ports and Offsite Construction.

With support from specialist product and operational colleagues, we engage with clients and customers to identify and develop multi-product opportunities from design through to delivery.

Our underlying objective is to maximise Sika’s commercial presence across the five target sectors through maintaining a deep understanding of our clients’ and customers’ requirements and providing valued sustainable solutions.

Purpose of the Role

This Business Development Manager role reports to our Head of Power and has the prime purpose of developing and delivering Sika commercial solutions within the power sector.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent commercial, analytical and communication (oral and written) skills.  They will possess a track record of success within construction commercial or technical positions.
