Responsible for maintaining proper production component parts inventory levels in support of customer and internal manufacturing schedules.

  • Supplier Management:
    • Scheduled delivery of component items
    • Scheduled delivery of components to meet new project start up
    • Expedited delivery to P.O. Due Date
    • Analysis of component deliveries to meet production requirements
    • Resolve discrepancies with inventory and P.O.  Revisions
    • Revise inventory and P.O.  Revisions for returned material
    • Periodic review of planning parameters (Safety Stock Level Minimum Order Quantities) Based on changes in business conditions
  • Inventory Management:
    • Physical Inventory of component items
    • Inventory adjustment investigation (Root Cause Analysis)
    • Scheduling delivery of components to maximize inventory turns
    • Control of Obsolete Material to minimize excess stock after requirements have ended.
    • Review bills for proper coding and resolve discrepancies
    • Performs other duties as assigned
