We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee key human resources functions and ensure the smooth operation of HR activities of regional staff across APAC. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual to collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and manage the full employee life cycle smoothly while maintaining data accuracy and supporting office administration. Additionally, the HR Manager will have the opportunity participating regional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) initiatives.

Singapore Regional Office - Employee Life Cycle Management:  Collaborate with HRBPs to support and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including:

  1. Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions, setting up systems, and delivering necessary resource.
  2. Offboarding: Handle all processes related to employee exits, including documentation, exit interviews, and system updates.
  3. Hiring and Recruitment: Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring, manage offer processes
  4. Local Compensation and Benefits: Support salary review cycles, compensation documents updates, and manage local benefits execution, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regional/local regulations.
  5. Role Changes and Transfers: Execute employee transfers, role adjustments, and related documentation.
  6. Payroll and P-file Administration: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing by updating and verifying employee data.
  7. System Updates: Maintain and update employee information across all HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
  8. Termination and Retirement: Execute termination and retirement processes, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational guidelines.

Singapore Regional Office - Office Administration:

  1. Partnering with Admin to ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees, and organize office events or activities as required.

Singapore Regional Office – Payroll and Reporting:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all regional Singapore-based staff information in HR systems.
  2. Collaborate with payroll vendor, Finance and HR team to execute Singapore payroll accurately and timely.
  3. Generate and provide regular reports to management, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  4. Conduct regular audits of HR systems to ensure data integrity.

Support for Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

  1. Collaborate with regional C&B teams to:
  2. Provide data and insights to aid in decision-making processes related to C&B strategies.
  3. Support the implementation and execution of compensation and benefits programs.
  4. Assist in the analysis of market trends to ensure competitive offerings.
  5. Participate regional C&B projects as required.

Your expertise - Our strength

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably within a regional or multinational environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  4. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems with a focus on data accuracy.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. High attention to detail and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in HR operations in a regional office setting.
  2. Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits frameworks and practices.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced reporting tools.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
