1. Strategic Partnership with frontline functions (150 headcounts) including Sales, Target Market, Marketing & Technical Service

  • Partner with the leadership to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies that align with them.
  • Participate in Sales monthly meetings in each area (South, Center, North) to provide HR insights and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Analyze KPI metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement within the team

2. Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Work with Managers on recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • Cooperate with the Training team to implement training programs to help employees improve their skills and knowledge,
  • Manage performance management processes for the frontline team, including development plan setting, performance reviews and appraisals.

3. Employee Relations at Sales Offices (South, Center, North)

  • Address employee relations issues within the offices, such as conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement within the Sales offices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to frontline employees on HR-related matters at offices

4. Others

  • Stay up to date on HR best practices and implement them within the Sales team.
  • May also be involved in compensation and rewards programs for the Sales team.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in sales and HR to ensure the Sales team is operating at its best.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Typically 8-10 years of experience in HR is preferred, especially experience in a business partner role for Sales team in Building Materials, Construction or Industrials.
  • Good business acumen to understand the business and how HR can support its strategic goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with business partners, as well as active listening skills to understand employee needs.
  • Good analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends is important for making data-driven HR decisions.
  • Problem-solving skills to solve complex problems and find solutions to employee relations issues.
  • A strong understanding of employment law, benefits administration, and other HR practices is necessary.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese.
  • Willing to have frequent travels to Sika offices (Ha Noi & Da Nang).

  • 4 days at Sika HCMC Office (60 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1)
  • 1 day at Sika Dong Nai Head Office (shuttle bus is provided at District 1, District 3, District 2, Binh Thanh District, Tan Binh District, Thu Duc City)

Sika Vietnam is seeking a results-oriented and business-driven HR professional to fill the role of HR Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist for frontline functions. This is a strategic partner who supports the team with all their HR needs (recruitment, goal management, performance management and employee relations). This position act as a liaison between HR and the Sales offices (South, Center, North) ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.
