Objectives of the Position
- Lead and manage OTC through order/delivery management at admixture and civil business of Customer Service
- Propose and implement solutions to business operations and customer service group proactively by reviewing related business operations, and increase continuous efficiency and improvement
- Drive actions that directly contribute to achieving group targets by offering services that meet customer needs which are in line with other operational groups (SCM, Logistics, Production, etc.) and business strategies
Main Tasks
- Order to Cash and Non-conformance management –
- SAP Order/delivery management of bulk/package deliveries
- Provide order management-related expertise and information to business, functional counterparts and solution coordinator for process problem solving
- Proper management of NCM (Non-Conformance Management)
- Control Logistics Service Providers – Proper process and communication for LSP operations in terms of on time delivery and shipment. Responsible to ensure appropriate services, such as compliance, on time delivery to meet business requirements
- Process Improvement – Directs the identification and implementation of improvements in related process areas and share best practices among customer service community to contribute to strengthen customer service group, also supports Manager of Customer Service
- Projects – Directs implementation (incl. integration/migration) and timeline of customer service related projects with other operational, functional and business unit
Experience and knowledge required for the Position
- Project management experience is required
- Good communication skill with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead small team (~5 staffs)
- Working experience of sales order/delivery handling with SAP and good understanding of whole OTC process, and general knowledge of transportation, distribution and logistics
- Ability to write / speak Japanese is required, also ability to write English is required (preferably speak English)
