Your expertise - Our strength

Responsibilities

  • Providing an expert technical support to customers, contractors, and applicators directly at construction sites. Managing and resolving complex technical challenges in the field.
  • Developing and optimizing concrete mix designs tailored to specific customer requirements and local materials.
  • Investigating customer problems, complaints and product performance issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Supporting the sales team by conducting product sampling, demonstrations, and trials at customer sites. Providing the technical knowledge needed to follow up on projects and specifications.
  • Organizing and conducting professional product presentations, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for customers, applicators, and internal teams.
  • Staying updated on local market trends, construction standards, and competitor activities.

 

Your expertise - Our strength

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry, with a deep focus on concrete or concrete admixtures and related products.
  • Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal and external networks.
  • Organization – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive, improvement-focused attitude.
  • Language Skills: Kazakh and Russian are mandatory, English is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and troubleshooting.
