The Team

Onsite Manufacture of cement-based products, admixtures for the concrete target market and various products for the construction industry including flooring and waterproofing. Team consists of Production Manager, 2 Production Supervisors and a team of 23 operators which can flex depending on volume/sales. Strategic aims are to meet Key KPI`s including Health and Safety, Quality, Efficiency, cost, and delivery.

Purpose of the Role

To ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and excellent housekeeping standards are in place and maintained. Set Output targets are achieved whilst meeting expected Quality standards. Maintaining good morale within team and encouraging excellent teamwork. Ensuring training is provided for staff and engaging team members in achieving our set Sika goals.

The Support:

Supporting team functions into Production from Planning, Engineering Quality, and warehouse functions. One current Supervisor in place and operators from various cultures and backgrounds working on the shopfloor. Sika encourage workers from all different backgrounds and cultures and this message in driven by Supervisors and Management team.

The Skills:
