You are part of the Sika Identity & Access Management (IAM) 80-100% team, which is responsible for supporting Sika’s global IAM solution. You are responsible for managing IAM-related support and change requests. You are in frequent contact with IAM stakeholders. You drive, together with the team, the rollout and development of Sika’s IAM solutions in close cooperation with other IT teams.

Your main activities are:

  • Setting up and maintaining identities, accounts, rules, and policies
  • Receiving and creating support tickets (incident management) and change requests (change management) for the IAM platform
  • Coordinating the support solutions with the IAM vendor and other internal or external stakeholders globally
  • Coordinating and executing bulk and mass changes of identities and other data
  • Monitoring of the IAM infrastructure
  • Management of roles, security groups, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes
  • Organizing trainings and workshops on IAM services
  • Participating in IAM platform upgrades and other maintenance activities
  • Participating in gathering requirements, development planning, and architecture planning
  • Participating in business continuity testing, performance testing, and other testing activities

Tu experiencia - Nuestras fortalezas

We are looking for an experienced IAM engineer with 5 years of relevant experience in IAM system administration of complex multinational ICT services, based in Madrid. Certifications in infrastructure or security area are considered a plus.

Experience with:

  • IAM processes, identity lifecycle management
  • IAM products and tools
  • Directory Services like Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP
  • SQL, JSON, XML
  • SuccessFactors or other HR systems
  • Complex central IT systems globally, with wide variety of integrations
  • Programming and scripting skills are considered a plus, e.g. PowerShell

Skills to succeed:

  • Always ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision (self-driven person)
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Preparing/executing changes with high accuracy and reliability
  • Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
  • Spanish skills are considered a plus
