Training and Development Specialist, Asia Pacific

This position provides support in the design and implementation of training and development programs. Ensures that contents and delivery are engaging, interactive, creates flexible learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the workforce, and aligned with the business strategies and its future capability needs. Your expertise - Our strength

  • Assists in the design and implementation of training and development programs in Asia Pacific region, ensuring effective and efficient learning aligned with the course objectives.
  • Co-facilitate, arrange, liaise in the delivery of training programs, provides administrative support to facilitators, trainees, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and address learner feedback, analyses trends and make recommendations to further improve.
  • Maintain key documents, completion records, participants assessments, frameworks, materials, and intranet and databases that support consistent global standards of delivery of training and compliance.
  • Train and assists content owners in designing and creating eLearning modules in digital platform. Assign and promote the courses to target groups and ensure completions of assigned items within target period.
  • Maintain the technology solutions or e-learning platforms and maximize the use of its functions in delivering and assigning courses to users and have them completed in the given period.
  • Provide training and technical to users and country admins of digital learning platforms, content owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate in timely manner the new course assignments and learning initiatives. Provide feedback and updates on the status of eLearning assignments and ensure achievement of target completions.
  • Undertake assigned project work in training and development and other human resources functions for personal improvement, development of new skills, and expanding work experience.
  • Keep abreast of developments in the training arena, apply new trends and industry’s best demonstrated practices

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education or Social Science field
  • Experienced in training design and facilitation
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English language
  • Familiar with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning (LMS)
  • Have knowledge of instructional design principles.
