POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Talent Management Specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in People Development and Talent Management, responsible for designing, driving, and continuously improving development initiatives focusing on Upskill & Reskill, Leadership Development, and Soft Skills.
The role works closely with HR leadership and Line Managers to enhance organizational capability and build a strong talent pipeline across Sales, Support Functions, and Manufacturing. Mandatory, Compliance, and Regulatory Training are excluded from this role..
