IT Support & Service Delivery

  • Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, systems, and business applications
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and device configurations
  • Ensure system availability, performance, and security
  • Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace environments
  • Maintain IT support documentation, standards, and procedures

IT Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate IT and digital projects from initiation through to completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and budgets
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organisational objectives
  • Produce project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation
  • Apply recognised project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
  • Maintain accurate technical and project documentation

Training & User Support

  • Deliver IT and digital skills training to staff and business users
  • Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation
  • Support employee onboarding related to IT systems and digital tools
  • Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to increase system adoption
  • Provide post-implementation training and ongoing user support

Digital & Data Solutions

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support digital workplace platforms including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT services and business processes
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development
  • Promote innovation and effective use of technology solutions
  • Ensure all technical and project documentation remains accurate and up to date

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in an IT role within a business environment
  • Proven experience in IT support and service delivery
  • Experience managing or supporting IT projects
  • Experience in change management and system implementation
  • Experience delivering user training and supporting technology adoption
  • Power BI reporting and data visualisation
  • Microsoft 365 and Digital Workplace technologies
  • Automation and process improvement
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
