IT Support & Service Delivery
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support for hardware, software, systems, and business applications
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and device configurations
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security
- Support Microsoft 365 and digital workplace environments
- Maintain IT support documentation, standards, and procedures
IT Project Management
- Lead and coordinate IT and digital projects from initiation through to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, risks, resources, and budgets
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with organisational objectives
- Produce project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation
- Apply recognised project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Maintain accurate technical and project documentation
Training & User Support
- Deliver IT and digital skills training to staff and business users
- Develop training materials, user guides, and knowledge base documentation
- Support employee onboarding related to IT systems and digital tools
- Conduct workshops and awareness sessions to increase system adoption
- Provide post-implementation training and ongoing user support
Digital & Data Solutions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Support data-driven decision-making across the organisation
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support digital workplace platforms including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve IT services and business processes
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development
- Promote innovation and effective use of technology solutions
- Ensure all technical and project documentation remains accurate and up to date
