Our goals - Your path

This role is responsible for driving the growth of Sealing & Bonding (S&B) sales in EMEA, with a strong focus on the Vertical Market Residential while expanding solutions to other Vertical Markets and Projects. The position ensures the successful launch of innovations, customer-oriented strategies, and collaboration across regional and corporate teams to strengthen Sika’s position in the market.

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional S&B strategy, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and corporate teams.
  • Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive Vertical Market Residential, expand into other verticals, and support project sales, specification, and end-user engagement.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Lead the rollout of new products, integrate market trends, and promote sustainability-focused solutions.
  • Training & Best Practices: Organize trainings, support local teams with project-specific guidance, and share best-demonstrated practices across the region.
  • Performance Monitoring & Marketing: Assist in sales budget execution, oversee dashboards, and develop regional marketing and communication tools.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Proven technical and market experience in S&B, preferably in a global and local position, with deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, technologies, construction project requirements and sustainability practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver impactful results with strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Proactivity, creativity, and a passion for innovation with a “growth mindset”.
