  • Conduct negotiations on pricing & product specifications
  • Build and maintain good relationships with developers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Search for and collect project information (new project pipeline & construction stages)
  • Develop the new residential market through cross-selling across product teams.
  • Build strong residential project references to accelerate business growth in the retail segment.
  • Ensure business sustainability by addressing the market gap in new residential projects.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.

 

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry,
  • Having a background for the construction project sales, residential projects will be an advantage
  • Having good understanding of the project specifications
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Has Developer-residential owner relationships are advantageous.
  • Has project sales and project specification experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resilient, responsible, and a team player
