  • Prepare price proposals and manage product registrations for the chemical industry
  • Oversee inventory management, including purchase quotas, orders, and stock levels
  • Process and control documents related to customer purchases and product shipments

  • Coordinate with various departments, including Finance and Administration, for smooth operations
  • Manage monthly supply orders for chemical offices, factories, and warehouses
  • Assist in chemical product production and liaise with transport companies for deliveries

  • Support office management tasks, including hosting guests and maintaining supplies

 

Your expertise - Our strength

Qualifications:

  • Educational standard: University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience, including at least 2 years in administrative roles within an operations environment, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Technical knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for inventory management and data analysis. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) at an intermediate level or higher. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Organisational skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Compliance knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2008 standards and chemical industry regulations is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Initiative: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
  • Customer service orientation: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
