We are looking for one trainee, who would like to participate in our Traineeship Program in Automotive.

We offer 12-months traineeship in Switzerland in the field of Product Management:

  • Participate in challenging activities in the field of product management and product marketing.
  • Get ready for a career at Sika in that area, where you can best develop your talents & skills with the support of a Mentor.
  • Learn all about the essential skills and tasks in product management.
  • After the 12 months traineeship in Switzerland, we offer you a position abroad.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • You just finished your master’s or bachelor’s degree in material science.
  • You are looking for a successful career start.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • You have a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • You enjoy working in a team and to interact with other cultures and personalities.
