  • Independent development of products, technologies and their manufacturing processes as well as internal and external implementation
  • Lead R&D projects and solutions meeting concrete producer needs with alternative concrete concepts
  • Contact and collaboration with internal and external interface functions
  • Manages the expectations of the customer and stakeholder
  • Knows and maintains state of the art technology (e.g. competitive products, specialized literature, Congresses, patents)
  • Planning and documentation according to the process guidelines, presentations and vindication of the results/ projects internally and externally
  • Patenting of new technologies and initiating proceedings

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Material Science or a related field.
  • Experience: minimum 2-3 years of work experience, with expertise in concrete technology, concrete mix design, formulation and application of concrete admixtures.
  • Project Management: Strong understanding of project management principles in agile global teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a pragmatic solution-oriented approach. Structured thinking and fast identification of actual challenges and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Builds and maintains internal and external networks, fostering teamwork and leveraging global resources.
  • Organization – Strong ability to manage tasks and priorities.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English; German is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial concrete production especially under the scope of durability.
  • Data science familiarity
